By placing an order through order.kockys.com, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our online ordering service.
All orders are subject to availability. Prices are listed in US dollars and include applicable taxes at checkout. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By submitting an order, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount.
Orders must be picked up at the scheduled time. If you are unable to pick up your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders not picked up within 30 minutes of the scheduled time may be discarded without refund.
Once an order is submitted and payment is processed, modifications may not be possible. Please contact us directly to request changes or cancellations. Refunds for cancelled orders are at our discretion.
Menu items may contain or come into contact with common allergens including but not limited to nuts, dairy, gluten, shellfish, and eggs. Please notify us of any allergies when placing your order. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
Kocky's Bar & Grill is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our online ordering service. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for your order.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
